About Yvette Hwang

Yvette Hwang is a seasoned real estate professional with a license dating back to 2007. Her journey in the real estate world, however, began in 1988, as she actively contributed to her family's real estate business, supporting her Mom, Dad, Aunt, and Uncle in various capacities, from bookkeeping to marketing.

 

Growing up in a family of Brokers, it was only natural for Yvette to follow in their footsteps. After a brief detour in finance and banking post-college, she decided to take the real estate exam and officially join the family business. Yvette values loyalty, treating each client as an extended family member. Described as genuine and straightforward, she always prioritizes the best interests of her clients, considering herself a "partner" in their real estate journey.

 

In professional settings, Yvette is known for her amiable and personable nature, making it easy for others to connect with her. Family holds a special place in her life, with her children and family taking precedence. Married with two grown children and two fur babies, Yvette was born in Taiwan and moved to Southern CA at the age of 7, currently residing in the Inland Empire. Beyond work, she finds joy in reading, swimming, dancing, arts and crafts, and a commitment to continuous learning.

 

Yvette's educational journey includes initial studies at UC Santa Cruz, followed by a Business degree from Alameda University. She is passionate about achieving financial independence and advocates for a diverse portfolio, particularly emphasizing real estate investment. Holding an insurance license and offering insights into taxes, Yvette is dedicated to guiding clients through various financial aspects.

 

Despite numerous awards and accolades throughout her career, Yvette remains humble, attributing her success to the meaningful human connections she has forged.
