About Lisa Parker

 Hello my name is Lisa Parker, I got my real estate license in Sept of 2024 and started working in the industry in December 2024. After raising my six children, I reached a point in my life that I was ready to focus on myself and rediscover who I am. I wanted a career that reflected my values, built on trust, communication and meaningful relationships.

   I chose real estate because it allows me to guide people through important life transitions while building genuine connections that extend far beyond a transaction. I don't view the people I work with as clients but as relationships I'm committed to supporting long after closing. My goal is to be a trusted resource, advocate and friend for years to come.

   I would describe myself in my profession trust worthy, reliable and dedicated. I'm personable, honest, strong minded and deeply relationship driven. I lead with my heart, communicate openly and believe trust is the foundation of everything I do. My family is most important to me. I joined Human Element as part of The Polito Group, I trust Simon's leadership. From the moment he made the move it felt like home and I know he made the right decision. 

    Beyond real estate, I’m a proud parent of six, a grandparent to four, and a lifelong animal lover with three Rottweilers and a cat. I was raised in Orange County and now proudly call Orangecrest home—giving me a deep appreciation for the communities I serve. When I’m not working for my clients, I enjoy staying active through workouts and hiking, and spending quality time with my family.
