About Kaylyn Kooiman

Blending my experience as a small business owner, farmer, and real estate professional, I’m dedicated to guiding clients through one of the biggest chapters of their lives, from cozy suburban homes to wide-open country living, with patience, honesty, and a sense of humor.

Owning a working farm and running a grazing business has given me the hands-on knowledge and experience of country living, hard work and dedication. From managing livestock to prioritizing the many moving parts of running a business, I am confident in taking on the challenges of finding my clients, their dream property. I love helping clients turn their homestead dreams into reality, whether that means finding land for future gardens, or even talking through which animals are best to start with.

My husband and I built our farm from the ground up while raising our three kids. Our family stays proactive and rooted in our community by sharing kindness, and knowledge. That experience taught me the value of hard work, sustainability, and creating something lasting — lessons that shape the way I serve my clients today.

When I’m not out showing homes or walking land, you’ll find me back on the farm — coffee in hand, boots on, teaching my kids the beauty of slowing down and living close to the land.
